Questions before you buy?
Need help with sizing, styling or choosing the right rug?
This distressed vintage rug was hand-knotted in the Tabriz style in the 1970s and selected for its shaved wool texture, warm neutral field, and authentic vintage character. Its lower pile creates a worn surface with subtle traditional patterning.
The design features faded beige, taupe, warm brown, muted peach, grey, charcoal, and soft blue accents. The central medallion and corner details appear gently through the aged surface, giving the rug a relaxed antique-style look. With its 250 x 315 cm size, this rug works beautifully in large living rooms, bedrooms, dining spaces, or neutral interiors with natural textures.
Distressed vintage rugs are known for their faded colour, softened vintage texture, worn pattern detail, and aged decorative charm. This vintage piece has been professionally washed, cleaned, and restored, making it ready to use while preserving its aged colour, texture, and one-of-a-kind character.
