Product & Authenticity

Are online images a true representation of the original product?

Photos are taken in a professional studio environment. The images displayed on our site have the most accurate colours we can display through digital media. Minor variations may occur due to individual screen calibrations.

Rug Care

How do I clean my hand-knotted rug?
  • Vacuum regularly, but avoid vacuuming the fringes.
  • Rotate your rug 180° periodically to minimise uneven wear and sun fading.
  • Avoid exposing your rug to direct ultraviolet sunlight.
What should I do if I spill something on my rug?
  1. Act quickly — clean the spill as soon as possible.
  2. Blot up any excess fluid (do not rub).
  3. Use club soda or warm soapy water with a clean cloth to remove the remainder.
  4. Avoid cleaning agents as these may affect the dyes and cause permanent colour changes.
  5. Ensure the top, underside, and pad are completely dry before relaying the rug. Failure to do so can result in mould, mildew, and dry rot.
