Free delivery across New Zealand. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your rug to you.
We offer free standard shipping on all rug orders within New Zealand. This offer applies to completed purchases and is not applicable to returned or exchanged items.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is typically completed within 4–5 business days.
Please note that deliveries to rural or remote areas may require an additional business day beyond standard delivery timeframes.
Rugs weighing more than 25 kg are shipped via road freight, which may result in longer delivery times.
In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
