This hand-woven Afghan Kilim rug was made in Afghanistan and selected for its flat-woven wool texture, vegetable-dyed colour, warm diamond lattice layout, and authentic handmade character. Its soft cream field and colourful border give the piece a bright decorative Kilim look.
The design features a cream central field with rust orange diamond lattice work, pale blue diamond centres, aqua details, olive green, muted purple, navy, peach, and soft beige tones. The border includes orange edging, dark blue outer bands, pale side panels, and repeated hourglass-style motifs. With its 198 x 297 cm size, this rug works beautifully in living rooms, bedrooms, dining spaces, or colourful open interiors.
This Kilim has a warm and organised surface, with the orange lattice giving structure while the blue and aqua motifs keep the palette fresh. Its flat-woven wool texture adds practical handmade character to everyday rooms.
