This hand-knotted vintage Arak rug was traditionally woven and selected for its pure wool pile and natural dyes, distinctive pattern character and handmade construction. Its wool texture and detailed design give the piece a strong decorative presence while preserving the traditional character associated with this rug style.
The design features a floral medallion composition with navy grounding, rich red pattern work, ivory highlights and smaller blue and rust details through the surrounding border.
