About Persian Arak Rug: This beautiful rug was hand knotted in Arak, Iran. The history of carpet making goes back centuries in this industrial Centre. The city is also known for its rugs, pottery, metalwork, and carpets. Fringes of the rug are cotton; pile is pure wool and average knot count is around 120 KPSI making it hard wearing carpet.
All vintage & antique rugs that we are selling were produced years ago with love by nomads and are treasures of the past. They have been professionally washed, cleaned and restored.
