This hand knotted vintage Turkmen Persian rug was woven in Iran and selected for its repeated tribal motifs, wool pile, natural dyes, and authentic handmade construction. Its unusual warm field and strong border give it a distinctive tribal character.
The design features a golden yellow central field with repeated vertical rows of octagonal tribal motifs in red, navy, and dark accent tones. A wide red and navy border with layered geometric patterning frames the design with strong contrast and rhythm.
