Vintage Distressed Rug – Fawn Mirage

This distressed vintage rug was hand-knotted in the Tabriz style in the 1970s and selected for its shaved wool texture, muted neutral palette, and authentic vintage character. Its lower pile gives the rug a worn decorative surface with fine traditional pattern detail.

The design features stone grey, muted beige, taupe, faded ivory, dark charcoal outlines, and subtle blue accents. The central medallion and ornate border are softly visible through the distressed finish, creating a refined aged look. With its 190 x 266 cm size, this rug works beautifully in living rooms, bedrooms, dining spaces, or calm neutral interiors.

Distressed vintage rugs are known for their faded colours, softened vintage texture, worn pattern detail, and aged decorative character. This vintage piece has been professionally washed, cleaned, and restored, making it ready to use while preserving its aged colour, texture, and one-of-a-kind character.
