This distressed vintage Persian rug was hand-knotted in Tabriz in the 1970s and selected for its shaved wool texture, pale aged colour palette, and authentic vintage character. Its lower pile creates a faded surface with traditional Persian patterning still visible.
The design features soft ivory, beige, faded grey, dusty pink, taupe, and muted blue details. The central medallion and surrounding floral pattern appear gently through the worn surface, giving the rug a calm and elegant vintage look. With its 195 x 277 cm size, this rug works beautifully in living rooms, bedrooms, dining spaces, or neutral interiors.
