Vintage Lilian Rug – Sky Gallery

This vintage Lilian rug was traditionally hand-knotted and selected for its pure wool pile, natural dyes, restored condition, and classic floral medallion character. Its handmade surface gives the rug a rich traditional look with strong decorative appeal.

The design features a red field with a large turquoise-blue and soft gold floral medallion, cream and black floral border panels, and accents of navy, pink, ivory, and muted green. The bold central motif and detailed border create a balanced traditional layout with strong colour contrast. With its 163 x 197 cm size, this rug works beautifully in living rooms, bedrooms, sitting areas, or refined interior spaces.

This Lilian rug has a formal floral personality, with the turquoise centre giving the red field a bright decorative lift. Its restored finish keeps the bold medallion, detailed border, and aged wool texture ready to add elegance and colour to the room.
