About Persian Kordi Rug: Kordi are Persian carpets, which are produced by the Kurds. These are beautiful hand woven rugs by the Kurdish nomads living in Northeast of Iran, near the town of Ghouchan. These rugs are quite rich in designs. Mostly they are made by the Kurds from the Khorassan province. Sometimes from the Turkmen-Afghan region. All in all, these carpets have a good reputation. Their wonderful composition and durability make them become popular objects of purchase.
All vintage & antique rugs that we are selling were produced years ago with love by nomads and are treasures of the past. They have been professionally washed, cleaned and restored. Due to the vintage/antique nature of our rugs, there may be imperfections and signs of wear which rather enhance the feel and beauty of these rugs.
