This hand-woven Afghan Kilim rug was made in Afghanistan and selected for its flat-woven wool texture, vegetable-dyed colour, vertical motif layout, and authentic handmade character. Its dark frame and repeated floral-geometric columns give the rug a formal tribal look.
The design features black, charcoal, cream, sage green, turquoise, red, mustard yellow, and dark brown tones. Vertical rows of flower-like motifs, hourglass shapes, cream zigzag borders, and black side panels create a strong structured surface. With its 152 x 215 cm size, this rug works beautifully in bedrooms, sitting areas, hallways, or compact living spaces.
This Kilim has a more restrained and graphic style, with the black and cream pattern giving the colours clear definition. Its flat-woven wool surface adds texture while the vertical layout gives the room height, rhythm, and Afghan handmade detail.
