This hand-woven Afghan Kilim rug was made in Afghanistan and selected for its flat-woven wool texture, vegetable-dyed colour, vertical panel design, and authentic handmade character. Its framed layout gives the piece a structured tribal appearance.
The design features a dark grey outer field with rust red, cream, teal, yellow, blue, sage green, orange, and soft purple geometric panels. A central column of cream diamond motifs runs through the rug, framed by red sawtooth bands and colourful side panels. With its 102 x 152 cm size, this rug works beautifully in entrances, bedrooms, sitting areas, or colourful accent spaces.
This Kilim has a strong framed composition, making the central diamond column feel organised and decorative. The flat-woven wool surface and rich mix of colours bring Afghan handmade detail into the room without needing a large rug.
