This vintage over-dyed cushion cover was crafted from reclaimed hand-knotted vintage wool textile, then over-dyed and shaved to create a soft, distressed surface. It was selected for its deep indigo colour, dark distressed surface, and subtle aged patterning. Its near-black blue tone gives the cushion a moody and refined look.
The design features a near-black indigo field with pale blue worn highlights and faint traditional motif traces across the centre. The dark over-dyed finish gives it a textural vintage appearance while keeping the design understated. With its 50 x 50 cm size, this piece works well on sofas, beds, chairs, or modern interiors where a darker accent is needed.
