Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
- We offer free standard shipping within New Zealand. Orders can take up to 1-2 business days to process and after that, it should arrive to your doorstep within 4-5 business days!
- Deliveries to Urban areas can take up to 4-5 business days once the rug has been dispatch. In case of rural areas, add an extra business day.
- Heavy Rugs (weigh more than 25 Kg) are carried via Road Freight. Sometimes, road freight parcels can take longer than normal. Customers living in South Island can expect heavy rugs to be delivered within 4-5 business days. Customers living in North Island can expect heavy rugs to be delivered within 6-10 business days.
- In case of return of a rug, buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping and costs of return shipping.
